Booking and Appointments

Payment and Pricing

• Payment is accepted in cash, by card, or by bank transfer on site.
• Prices are clearly displayed on our website and may vary depending on session type and duration.
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to update our pricing structure without prior notice.

Cancellations and Refunds

• If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a full-session charge.
• Refunds are issued solely at our discretion and only in cases of proven error or exceptional circumstances.

Conduct and Studio Etiquette

• Butterfly Caress provides a professional and respectful environment.
• Any sexual requests or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
• Please, maintain good personal hygiene and arrive punctually for your appointment.
• We ask that all mobile devices remain on silent during your session.

Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information, including contact details and personal preferences, is handled in strict confidence and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
